SimZilla's Journal, For my new region!

Okay, first off I would like to point out that there are some really good cities and regions in here. I do not know how this will turn out, but I hope for the best..


So anyway, on to my journal. I have started a brand new region, named Happyland. I haven't created any cities as of yet, I actually haven't even started terraforming. I have a few ideas about this region, but the main thing I'm aiming for is diversity. I want all kinds of things such as mountains, valleys, plains, rivers, lakes, and maybe a coastline, and all kinds of different cities throughout the landscape.

I'll see how it all plays out, I'm just going to let it fly and see what comes out of it Hopefully it will end up being a good region, though. I will post some pics when I actually have something made, but it may be a little while. I have been quite busy lately, but I will play when I get the chance

Wow zilla, that's some cool water you did! It's looking good so far, just add some hills and stuff and it will look really good.

But I have now done most of the mountains. Actually I think I'm done doing mountains for a while, I think I have enough anyways





That's all I could get done for today, I will have to do more work later though. I still have half the region left to terraform but luckily there are not mountains like those^.

EDIT: Actually, I forgot one picture, a close up of one of the mountain maps. This is where I started and worked my way out. What do you think of this? It looks fun

Wow SimZilla, that's some amazing terraforming! You must have a lot of practice at making mountains, I still can't do it like that. They look very realistic actually.

They look like they'll be a lot of fun to build on too.

Hey Infernus, I was wondering about maybe putting my city up for download? I think that map is really cool, I've been building roads all over the place on those mountains, and thought about letting everyone else try it out

Ok, since it's been over a week since I last posted in here, I think I should update. I really got caught up in things last week so nothing really got done in the region.

I added a few more hills than in the above screens right after my last post, but nothing else has been done. It may be a little while before I get into it again though, with lots of things going on lately.

But when I do something, I'll be sure to add it
