Please follow ALL of the below rules. Any violation of the rules will result in any of the listed actions taken. Please note that we will not always use this format. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may skip consequences and take a more serious action against the violating user. Also note that these rules may be changed and/or updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to check them from time to time. Here are the rules, and the possible actions that will be taken:

1) Only one account per user

- - 1st Offense - User chooses 1 account to be deleted
- - 2nd Offense - User given warning point, I delete 1 account
- - 3rd Offense - 30 day suspension, 1 account deleted
- - 4th Offense+ - Both accounts deleted, IP banned

2) No swearing (please note that damn and hell are not considered swearing, just don't over do it)

- - 1st Offense - User given reminder
- - 2nd Offense - Given verbal warning and/or warning point
- - 3rd Offense - Warning point and/or 3 day suspension
- - 4th Offense+ - Warning and 30 day suspension and/or banned

3) No offensive posts or pictures. This includes, but is not limited to: pornography, racial discrimination, abuse to another member, derogatory comments (whether or not directed at members), anything staff thinks should not be allowed.

- - 1st Offense - Warning point, PM warning
- - 2nd Offense - 30 day suspension, 2 warning points
- - 3rd Offense - Permanent Ban

4) Do not post any spam, or unneeded posts, except in the Spam Forum

- - 1st Offense - Reminder
- - 2nd Offense - PM warning or public warning
- - 3rd Offense - Warning point
- - 4th Offense - Warning point or 5 day suspension
- - Continued offenses - Definite suspension, possible ban

5) Do not post the same thing twice

- - See above

6) Only advertise in the Links forum or in your signature

- - 1st Offense - Advertisement moved
- - 2nd Offense - Ad moved or deleted, warning point
- - 3rd Offense - Ad deleted, 5 day suspension
- - 4th Offense+ - Ad deleted, longer suspension, possible ban

7) Follow all the Forumer Terms of Service
